1.    Validity: All vouchers, including those won via competitions or giveaways, are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or the date of the event at which they were won, unless otherwise stated.

    2.    Redemption: Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

    3.    Service Limitations: Vouchers are only valid for the specific service stated (e.g. bath & blow dry). They cannot be used as part-payment towards other services (e.g. full groom), unless explicitly specified.

    4.    Booking Subject to Availability: All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Voucher redemption is not guaranteed during peak times.

    5.    Lost or Expired Vouchers: Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or honoured.

    6.    No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
